Remains found in Valletta could be Charlene Farrugia – local reports

Farrugia had previously gone missing back in 2008.Police found the remains of a corpse close to the Education Ministry and the Phoenicia Hotel in Valletta yesterday following a tip off. While the body has not been officially identified, there is a suspicion that they are Farrugia.Police investigating discovery of human remains linked to 2008 murderThere are also allegations that the person responsible for her homicide was the same person arrested for holding up of a Convenience Store in Gzira yesterday.The individual is expected to be arraigned in court later today.Farrugia was 25 years old when she disappeared on 7 November 2008.
