Sheriff deputies arrest three men in connection to armed robbery

(Photo: BCSO) BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office arrested three men during an armed robbery incident early Saturday morning.Deputies were dispatched to a home in the 1100 block of Dobson Street in Supply where the crime was already in progress. The caller inside the residence indicated that three male subjects were attempting to rob two male victims at gun point.- Advertisement – When deputies arrived on scene, two individuals were seen fleeing into the woods but the third individual was detained at the residence. They began setting up perimeter around the area in attempt to find the two who fled. Wilmington Police Department was also asked to assist with SABLE due to the BCSO Air Unit being grounded for maintenance.At approximately 3:40am both suspects were located and detained by the BSCO K9 Unit.No one was seriously injured during the incident.Related Article: WANTED: Suspect identified in Port City Java hit-and-runDimetrius Terrell Parker, 18, is charged with two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, first degree kidnapping, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, larceny of a motor vehicle, first degree burglary larceny after breaking/entering conspiring to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, PWIMSD marijuana, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.Parker was detained at the Brunswick County Detention Facility where he remains under a $600,000 bond.Zachery Johnson, 19, is charged with two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, larceny of a motor vehicle, first degree kidnapping, first degree burglary, larceny after breaking/entering, conspiring to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, PWIMSD marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.Johnson was processed into the Brunswick County Detention Facility where he remains under a $600,000 bond.Quinton Markee Sanders, 21, is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, first degree burglary, larceny after breaking/entering, conspiring to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, first degree kidnapping, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, larceny of a vehicle, PWIMSD marijuana, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.Sanders is currently being detained in the Brunswick County Detention Facility under a $650,000 bond.last_img
